How to Order Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Sizes

If an item or your specific size is currently out of stock, please navigate directly to that product page. On the right-hand side, just below the title, you will find a link that says "Email us if this is not in stock". Clicking this opens a convenient popup form to submit your request directly.

Once submitted, our team will confirm when your item is placed in our production queue, granting you access to track its progress step-by-step right on our workshop page.

Looking for an Older or Owned Style?

If you are trying to find a style you currently own, we maintain a comprehensive archive of production cards. Send us a style number, an image link, or a reference site to help us identify it. We can often evaluate whether it can be custom-made or brought in as a special order.

Customization Guidelines by Product

  • Custom Pieces Generally: Limited to specific structural alterations or developing brand-new designs from scratch, an intensive process involving engineering and custom die creation.
  • Fur Hats: Fully customizable across your choice of fur type, leather selection, and style.
  • Mittens: Non-customizable.
  • Mukluks: Customization options are limited to specific suede colors and fur choices.
  • Standard Moccasins: Available options vary by specific style; please review individual product pages.
  • Great Plains Moccasins: Non-customizable as these styles are no longer in production.
