Easy Returns & Exchanges at Sheepskin and Things

We want you to love your cozy new items.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase from Sheepskin and Things, we are here to help. We accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of the original receiving date.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags still attached (or included) . Footwear must be worn indoors on clean surfaces.
• Packaging: Please return items in their original product packaging (e.g., shoeboxes, dust bags) whenever possible. Ship in a plastic bag or box to protect the shoe box from damage during shipping.

*A Note on Nature: Sheepskin and moose hide is a natural material. Slight variations in texture, colour tone, and wool length are characteristics of the natural hide and are not considered defects.

*The following items are non-returnable: Gift cards, final sale items, and items that show signs of wear or use.

How to Complete Your Return

Step 1: Fill out the online Form Fill it out completely. This is crucial—if we don't have the form, we don’t know whose package it is!

Step 2: Pack Your Items Securely pack the items into a shipping box or mailer. Please put the completed Return Form inside the box with the items.

Step 3: Ship It Back Mail your return package to the address below using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

IMPORTANT: International Returns (Outside of Canada)

If you are shipping a return from outside of Canada (e.g., the USA, Europe, Asia), you must include a customs document (usually called a "Commercial Invoice") on the outside of your package. Your shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) will provide this form.

To ensure the package does not get stuck at the border and to avoid unnecessary import duties being charged upon re-entry into Canada, please ensure the description on the Commercial Invoice clearly states exactly the following:

"GOODS being returned for refund, made in Canada, NCV (no commercial value) $19.99 CAD"

Please note: Failure to mark the customs paperwork clearly may result in delays or customs fees billed to us. Sheepskin and Things reserves the right to deduct any resulting customs fees from your final refund amount if paperwork is filled out incorrectly.

What Happens Next?

Processing Time: Once your return arrives at our cozy warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange (e.g., for a different size), just place a new order, if the items you need are not in stock, do not worry. Let us know right away and we can open up the size for you to place the order and we will have them made and shipped to you once they are complete.
